• Studio available 24/7 subject to availability, book online or via email
• Full payment required upfront
• Cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund or full credit towards a future booking.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

Studio Use

• Your booking time includes setup, teardown, and data transfer
• Late fees apply per 30 minutes if you exceed your time
• Offensive, unlawful, or controversial content requires prior written approval
• Maintain cleanliness and respect for equipment and other users

Recordings & Files

• Files delivered within 48 hours from the end of your session (usually much quicker though)
• Files deleted after 30 days – you must download and back up within this period

Liability & Responsibility

• You’re responsible for any damage to equipment during your booking
• West Digital Studios not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage
• Clients advised to arrange their own insurance
• Bookings can be terminated immediately for policy breaches with no refund

IP & Promotional Use

• You retain all intellectual property rights to your content
• West Digital Studios may use excerpts for promotional purposes (opt-out available)
