Membership Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all podcast studio memberships and use of facilities. By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Code of Conduct outlined below.

Membership Cancellation & Pausing

Cancellation

  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.
  • Notice must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

    Pausing Membership

  • Memberships may be paused at any time.
  • A minimum of 3 working days’ notice is required before the next scheduled payment date.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

    Platinum Membership Rollover

  • Unused studio hours may roll over for a maximum of one month.
  • Upon cancellation or pausing, any remaining rollover credits must be used within one month.
  • Any unused credits after this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.

General Studio Use

  • Studio time is subject to availability and advance booking.
  • Late arrivals will result in reduced session time.
  • Studio sessions that overrun may incur additional charges.

Communal Workspace & Garden Access

  • Access to the communal workspace and garden is subject to availability.
  • Workspace use must be requested and booked in advance.

  • Workspace access is intended for light working, collaboration, and downtime between sessions.




Code of Conduct

(Studios & Communal Workspace)

To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all members, guests, and staff, the following Code of Conduct applies at all times.

1. Respect & Professional Behaviour

  • Treat staff, members, and guests with courtesy and respect at all times.
  • Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Any behaviour that makes others feel uncomfortable or unsafe may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

     

    2. Studio Etiquette
  • Follow all studio guidelines and engineer instructions.
  • Do not adjust equipment or settings unless authorised.
  • Leave studios tidy and ready for the next session.

     

    3. Communal Workspace Etiquette
  • Keep noise to a reasonable level; take calls in designated areas where possible.
  • Respect shared seating and resources.
  • Clean up after yourself, including dishes and work surfaces.
  • The workspace is not intended for large meetings without prior approval.

     

    4. Guests
  • Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests they bring into the space.
  • Guests must comply with all Terms and the Code of Conduct.
  • Management reserves the right to limit guest access if misuse occurs.

     

    5. Health, Safety & Security
  • Follow all health and safety instructions and signage.
  • Do not block walkways, exits, or emergency equipment.
  • Report any accidents, damage, or hazards to staff immediately.
  • Personal belongings are left at your own risk.

     

    6. Damage & Liability
  • Members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged where damage occurs due to misuse or negligence.

     

    7. Enforcement
  • Breaches of this Code may result in:


Warnings
Temporary suspension
Immediate termination of membership without refund, in serious cases
