The Studio

A place built for conversation

A space built for conversation

Whether you’re looking for a Roundtable that means business or a laid-back vibe with armchairs this is a great space for up to 3 people in front of the camera.

You can switch up the background as well, choose from brickwork or wooden slats and you can even bring your own neon signs to really make it yours.

You can record audio only, but add up to three cameras and you’ve got a video podcast to publish.

What’s in the room

  • Broadcast microphones and headphones for up to 3 people.
  • Three Black Magic 4K cameras
  • A remote guest can join from anywhere, on a browser
  • Choose brick or slatted wood podcast wall
  • Variety of furniture options
Producer Portal

The edit starts moments after you finish recording

Producer Portal runs in this room. While you’re recording, any producer can watch live from anywhere, talk back to the gallery or straight into the hosts’ ears, and drop a marker — attributed with name and comment, visible to every other producer instantly.

Minutes after your session ends: rushes are ready to download, and a Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve project is waiting with every marker already on the timeline.

Producers who’ve worked in studios across London tell us they haven’t seen this anywhere else.

Producer Portal is available on all Studio One bookings.

How It Runs

With an engineer, or on your own

If you’re a seasoned Podcast recorder you may want to dry hire and run your own session. We will show you around the room and will be on hand if you have any questions.

If you’re not fully confident with the Tech, or just have too much to focus on already, our package with an engineer is your best fit.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to hire a podcast studio in London?

Ours starts at £70 an hour plus VAT (£84 inc.) for audio only without an engineer. Adding cameras or an engineer changes it — tell us what the show is and we will price it properly.

How many people fit in the podcast studio?

Four around the table, with a microphone and headphones each. If you need more than that, Studio One is the bigger room.

Can I record video as well as audio?

Yes — up to three cameras in the podcast studio. Studio One runs five, with a UHD video wall behind the desk.

Do I need an engineer?

No, you can book the room on its own. If it's your first episode we would strongly suggest taking one anyway.

Can a guest join remotely?

Yes. They get a link and join from a browser — no account, no software. There is a short guide we send them beforehand.

What do I get at the end of the session?

Your recordings, ready to download the same day. If you want them edited, there are three packages depending on how much you want to do yourself.

Where are you, and is there parking?

59 Goldhawk Road, W12 8EG — two minutes' walk from Goldhawk Road station. There is no parking on site, but the tube is close enough that most people come by it.
