We come to you
When a traditional studio setting isn’t quite right, there is another way.
Pod-To-Go is our studio packed up and ready to come to your door.
Stream your pub quiz, your works team-building days, that guest who is in the country for one night only and doesn’t want to move from the hotel. The possibilities are endless.
Or use it as a pop up socials booth, like a photo me but for socials with on site editing so your socials can shout about your event and create FOMO.
We’ll bring it, build it, record it and take it all away again. Same professional kit, same professional crew.
Three cameras and an engineer, or the full rig
A standard booking is three cameras and an engineer. That covers a host and up to three guests — a wide shot, and a camera on each side of the table.
It scales from there to five cameras and a crew, which is what a live event, a panel, or anything with an audience in the room actually needs.
What that means in the room
- A microphone each, rather than one in the middle of the table hoping for the best
- Lighting, so the room works on camera instead of against it
- Every camera recorded separately, so the edit has somewhere to cut to
- An engineer listening for the whole session, not just setting levels and sitting down
- Scale up to a whole crew with editing on site for live socials posting
We can edit before you leave
This is the part people don’t expect. The edit happen on site, while you are still standing there.
By the time the cases are shut, your socials are cut and uploaded, your followers can see what a great time you’re having.
Longer edits — the full episode, versions cut for different platforms — go through our editing packages afterwards.
Anywhere in London
Homes, offices, members’ clubs, hotels, event spaces, and a few rooms we probably shouldn’t name. If it has a door and a plug, we can usually work in it.
We will ask about the room before the booking — how big it is, what the windows are doing, how loud the street is, whether there is a lift. Not to be difficult. Knowing means we bring the right kit rather than simply the most of it.
Send a photograph of the space when you enquire. It saves a conversation, and occasionally it saves a booking.
What it costs
£600 +VAT for a two-hour booking: three cameras, an engineer, and the edit done on site.
That covers most interviews and single episodes. Longer sessions, extra cameras and event crews are priced on the job tell us what the day looks like and we will quote it properly rather than guess at a package.

Frequently asked questions
How much room do you actually need?
Enough for everyone to sit round a table, with a bit of space behind them for cameras and lights. Send us a photograph when you enquire and we will tell you straight whether it works. That is a much better conversation to have beforehand than on the day.
Is the setup time part of the two hours?
No. We arrive early and build before the clock starts, so the booking is recording time rather than you watching us assemble furniture.
What do we get, and when?
Clips cut on site and uploaded before we leave, ready to post that afternoon. Full episodes and platform-specific versions go through our editing packages afterwards.
Can you do it at a live event, with an audience?
Yes. That is what the five-camera setup and a crew are for. Tell us the venue and the running order and we will work out what it needs.
Do you travel outside London?
Pod-To-Go is a London service, and the rate is built around that. If you are planning something further afield, get in touch and we will talk it through.
