West Digital Studios Podcast Festival
A WEEK CELEBRATING THE PEOPLE SHAPING THE UK PODCAST LANDSCAPE
For The Creators
WD Studios is hosting our first podcast week between the 10-17th March 2027. The festival will bring together some of the biggest and most interesting voices in the UK podcast world for a week of live shows, conversations, workshops and events.
Across the week, we’ll be showcasing a curated line-up of thought-provoking, entertaining and unmissable podcasts, recorded live in front of audiences at West Digital Studios. Alongside the evening live shows, we’ll be opening up the conversation with daytime workshops, panels and networking events for podcasters, producers and aspiring producers – creating a space to share ideas, learn from each other and connect with the people behind the UK’s podcast industry.
And we’d love you to be part of it.
What are we offering
A live podcast theatre with seating for 48 of your closest followers, an intimate space that enables you to create a genuine connection with your fans.
Run a live podcast including studio, crew and production, at no risk to yourself. We will drop our usual requirement for a deposit against ticket sales so you can bring your podcast to a live audience without taking on the usual upfront costs.
Your podcast will sit alongside a curated programme of shows featuring some of the biggest voices in UK podcasting, giving you the opportunity to connect with new audiences and cross-promote with other creators taking part in the festival.
We’ll handle the wider promotion of the festival and your event, working to bring audiences together across the week.
All we ask is that you help us spread the word through your socials, Patreon, newsletter or other channels and encourage your listeners to come along and be part of the fun.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much will it cost me?
We're offering our standard three camera setup with two technicans for free to contributors, to get their own podcast recording. We will cover our costs from ticket sales.
Can I make money out of this?
We are open to income share. We would need to cover our costs with a ticket price of £15pp and an audience of 40 people. After that we would agree an increased ticket price.
Can I have remote contributors?
Yes, if you've got a high value contributor who can't make it on the night we will stream them live into the room on our large 77inch display.
How can we include our remote audience?
Sell tickets to a select group of remote people and bring them into the room remotely. Let them ask questions either via zoom or text messaging.
Can we make it a party?
We are actively looking for creators who want to have a party vibe. Want a DJ, to serve food, have a snow dome in garden? Talk to us about your ideas and we'll see what we can do.
