What we collect
We collect personal information when you:
- Get in touch through our contact or enquiry forms (name, email, phone number, company)
- Register interest in a studio or podcast package (name, email, phone number, company)
- Build a quote or make a booking (name, email, phone number, company, booking and session details)
- Create a Producer Portal or client account (name, email, phone number, login details)
- Make a payment (handled directly by Stripe — see “Payments” below)
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe passes us a payment reference only. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment data:

AI processing of your recorded media
If you record with us and use the Producer Portal, some of your episode’s audio and video is processed by AI tools as part of producing your edit:
- Transcription — audio is automatically transcribed (via Speechmatics) to generate a text transcript of your session.
- AI Vision Mix — an optional tool in the portal that uses an AI vision-language model to review the camera footage and transcript and assemble a suggested multicam cut. This is only run when a producer or client triggers it for a specific recording, not automatically on everything.
This processing runs on our own infrastructure; the vision-language analysis is currently provided by Anthropic (Claude). Your media is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate the analysis and isn’t used by them to train their models. We don’t send raw client media to Google or Stripe — the AI Vision Mix tool is separate from analytics and payments.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments
- Google, for site analytics — only if you’ve accepted analytics cookies (see our )
- Speechmatics, to transcribe recorded audio
- Anthropic, to generate the AI Vision Mix multicam cut, when you use that feature
- Our hosting and email providers, as needed to run the site and send booking-related emails
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as your account is active, and booking/payment records for 7 years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Ask for a copy in a portable format
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we’ve handled your data wrongly
